I posted a review of the Nokia N900 back in August, and Nokia posted a crazy ad for it online last week. Like as in mentally ill crazy. I’m not sure if this ad makes me want to buy a N900, or hide under my bed, but it’s entertaining nonetheless.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you combined sawdust and biscuits in the shape of a dinosaur head? I used to wonder that, but then I bought the Pillsbury Crusty French loaf. It’s bread in a can. Now I don’t have to wonder anymore.
I accepted a new position at my company. It’s pretty different than what I’ve been doing, though a few of my current responsibilities will carry over. The really big change, though, is that I’ll be going from working in an office to working from home, 100% of the time. This starts at the beginning of next month.
It’s exciting and scary at the same time. Will I become more disconnected from my boss and co-workers? That’s a good possibility. Will I be more productive with fewer distractions? Also a good possibility. Will I work in flip-flops and a t-shirt, and have frequent staring contests will my dog? Definitely.
Anyway, it will be a little weird at first. Not as weird as the metal deodorant bar I saw in an infomercial last night though. That was crazy weird. This is just going to be kinda weird.
